1. Noosa™ Yoghurt
This is the greatest yoghurt EVER. As some of you probably know, I have some pretty bad digestive issues. This yoghurt doesn’t bother my stomach at all!!
2. Pita Bread and Hummus
I discovered this AWESOME snack just a few years back. It’s super cheap, simple, and healthy!
3. Apples and Peanut Butter
This definitely one of my all-time favorites! You can enjoy apples and peanut butter for under 150 calories!
4. Kind™ Bar
Kind™ bars are DELICIOUS! You can find them in the organic section of your local grocery store.
5. A handful of nuts
I prefer walnuts, but maybe you like cashews! (Btw, cashews are fruits, not nuts) • What’s your fave snack? (Healthy or not)
