If you’re like me, you find it hard to resist the Cheetos and eat an apple instead.

Though you know Cheetos are at fault for tasting so much better than apples, you still want to devour them.

Anyway, today I will be sharing with you all 5 Healthy Snack Ideas. Let’s get started!!


5 Healthy Snack Ideas


1. Noosa™ Yoghurt

This is the greatest yoghurt EVER. As some of you probably know, I have some pretty bad digestive issues. This yoghurt doesn’t bother my stomach at all!!

2. Pita Bread and Hummus

I discovered this AWESOME snack just a few years back. It’s super cheap, simple, and healthy!

3. Apples and Peanut Butter

This definitely one of my all-time favorites! You can enjoy apples and peanut butter for under 150 calories!

4. Kind™ Bar

Kind™ bars are DELICIOUS! You can find them in the organic section of your local grocery store.

5. A handful of nuts

I prefer walnuts, but maybe you like cashews! (Btw, cashews are fruits, not nuts) • What’s your fave snack? (Healthy or not)

  1. YUSSSS Pita bread and hummus. A favorite snack of mine is the Sumo orange. It’s like an orange, only seedless, easier to peel, and really sweet. I eat like 3 or 4 a day which is probably not good but whatever…..
